- 1 cup soaked green moong dal
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- salt (according to taste)

Grind soaked dal with cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli into a smooth batter.
Add salt and red chilli powder. -

Spread a ladle of batter on a hot, greased griddle.
Cook until crisp and golden on both sides. -
